Raised working on a 40-acre ranch in the Wallowa Mountains of Oregon, Sara Norris developed a strong foundation of hard work, integrity, and determination at a young age. Her involvement in 4-H and FFA instilled in her the values of dedication and perseverance. Despite her warm and approachable demeanor, Sara is a tenacious negotiator who goes to bat for her clients and fiercely advocates for their best interests in every real estate transaction.
 
With a BS in Healthcare Administration and a background in hospital management, Sara’s true passion lies in real estate and helping people achieve their property goals. Specializing in horse properties, residential homes, and mountain retreats, she combines her love for real estate with an unwavering commitment to her clients. Her genuine dedication ensures a smooth and stress-free experience throughout the process.

For 28 years, Susie and her husband operated a medical equipment company dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. As parents of a daughter with special needs, they are deeply committed to helping families facing similar challenges.
